A one time $3.50 transaction fee will be added to to your reservation at the time of booking.

What you need to know before applying

Month Rate is defined as getting a very large discount for booking 30 days. Month rate is not to be confused with other parks that do a rolling “Monthly” or long-term. The Campers Hub was built with the intention to be an RV Park for recreational campers and is not intended to be a long-term housing solution.
Month rate is NOT a lease. It is NOT a guarantee your space will be available after the 30 days is up, and it is NOT a guarantee that you will be allowed to renew.
You MUST prepay for the month in advance. No refunds will be given within 14 days of arrival. No partial refunds will be allowed if you choose to leave early for any reason or are required to leave.
Your RV MUST be no more than 15 years old. You will have to send pictures of your setup and license plate number with your application.
Your vehicles must be in working condition and show no signs of disrepair. If you have more than one vehicle, you must park it in one of the parking areas and not in the dirt, rocks, or grass near your site.
Month rate guests are expected to use the shower and restroom facilities in their own RV. Use of the campground restrooms by month rate guests may result in termination of your stay. If you have questions about this policy, please don't hesitate to ask—we're happy to explain the reasoning behind it.
Mail - You must arrange to have a P.O. Box set up. YOU CANNOT HAVE MAIL or PACKAGES delivered to the campground, or you will be required to leave. There are legal reasons for this policy.
A formal application must be made. For the safety of our guests, a background check is required. Proof of RV insurance is required.
Electricity is metered at .013/kwh. A $100 deposit is required before your stay begins.
We work hard to create a safe, quiet, and welcoming campground for all of our guests. To keep things fair and maintain the experience everyone expects, we ask that all campground policies be followed without exception. Thank you for helping us make The Campers Hub a great place to stay.
All other terms and conditions that apply to regular campers also apply to Month rate campers.
